WHERE SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND NUTRITIONAL WELLNESS INTERSECT
Lifestyle Motives is based on my love for helping others achieve their goals and the belief that there is no one ‘RIGHT’ approach to health and wellness. Health is a truly a journey and not a destination. I use this mantra, coupled with an accessible, WHOLE PERSON centered approach that addresses the food, mood, social, economical and emotional balance needed to achieve long-term results.

For the last decade, I have been working on transiting to a more plant-based diet although the only vegetables I enjoy are collard greens and potatoes (Don't judge me). Through the years I have tried many vegan restaurants and disliked every meal I tried. It wasn’t until I had the opportunity to savor Tasha's plant-based meals for an entire week that I felt I could love a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. Not only were Tasha's meals healthy but they were flavorful and tasty. If you’re looking to savor a healthier lifestyle Tasha is your girl.

I was looking for some chicken and “regular” food but I happened upon these vegan dishes that were out of this world flavorful. I never ate a chick pea that I liked but baebee I was ready to kidnap chef to be mine, personally…all the while consistently attempting to swipe a recipe. Chef Tasha Love (that’s what I call her) made everything with love and intention. That love carried over as she explained the benefit of each ingredient. She made food a language and the dialogue soothed the soul. It was tender and sweet and easy on the palette AND delicious, did I say delicious. All the ancestors put they (their) foot in those pots apparently. Truly! And please get your some PERIODT! I wish there were 10 ⭐️ bc 5 is way too modest 🙏🏽

I was looking for a cooking class experience for my daughter and her best friend for her 13th birthday. Natasha was very organized and helpful with making sure that the girls followed all tasks. They made an amazing dinner and dessert and developed skills they could use for life. Amazing job Natasha!! I would most definitely recommend her !
